Do I need an account to buy tickets?

No, in order for you to buy tickets online with us you do not require an account. However creating an account with us is safe and secure and comes with a range of benefits like exclusive access to “Backstage Pass” and you will always be up to date with the latest events tailored to your own preferences.

 

How do I set up an account with Ticketmad?

You can register online by selecting  Register on the side panel below “sign in” or click here. Once you have registered you can opt to receive newsletters keeping you up to date with the latest event updates and access to our exclusive “Backstage Pass” section where you can find interview and video from your favorite artists and pictures from previous events.

 

I have forgotten my password?

On the right hand side under the sign in options click on “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to resetting your password.

 

Tickets

Buying tickets

The tickets we sell are on the behalf of event managers, promoters, venues and venue organisers (Our Clients). The tickets remain the property of our clients. All tickets issues by us on the behalf for are clients are subject to terms and conditions. Refunds and exchanges are conditional and at times prohibited by our clients as set out in their policies and practices. This is only true in selected circumstances, please email customer services to see if this pertains to you at help@ticketmad.co.uk. Tickets for events that have age restrictions must be adhered to, to avoid disappointment. An adult must accompany under 14’s to all events.

 

Booking fee

Ticketmad charges a standard service charge/booking fee for all tickets purchased with us this is a set fee for all tickets bought with us, and excludes postage and package. This service charge/booking fee is non-refundable unless stated by us.

 

Purchasing conditions, is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?

In some instances tickets available via Ticketmad will come with purchasing limitations. The limitations for tickets can be applied to per person, per household and per credit/debit card. The amount limit for each event will be clearly stated on the event page and checkout. These limitations have put in place for the best interest of our clients and fans trying to buy tickets, we discourage unlawful buying practices. Ticketmad does not support the reselling of any of our tickets for profit; any tickets purchased unlawfully will be cancelled and seized. Ticket booking and purchases that are suspicious of fraud will be cancelled without prior warning or notification and information will be passed on to authorities if fraud is found.

Tickets purchased from Ticketmad cannot be used for any marketing, advertising or promotions useless written consent is provided on the behalf of our clients from us. The use of any trademarked or intellectual property is prohibited unless written consent is given.

All information on the site is correct as of date of publication we always try to ensure correct and up to date information is only featured on our site, however mistakes are made and we apologise in advance for any misprinted information. When mistakes are made we reserve the right to change and amend prices and information at any time. If an order has already been placed on tickets with incorrect prices amendments can still be made. We will notify you of any changes and inform you as soon as possible.  In instances where this is not possible or you are not happy to pay the amended price the ticket will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued including fees.

 

What are the ticket delivery/collection options?

Ticketmad have a range of ticket delivery and collection options, depending on the event and what delivery you have selected at point of purchase.

If you opt to have your tickets delivered, the tickets are dispatched the same day or the day after order is placed, tickets should arrive up to seven days before the event.  Tickets purchased 7 days before the event is scheduled to take place may require collection from the venue box office; you will be informed of this if it applies to your ticket purchase.

If tickets are to be collected from the venue you can find them at the venue box office or with the Ticketmad reps. Ticketmad reps are available at selected event and are on hand to capture special moments and make sure events run smoothly.

When collecting tickets at the venue they will be left in the name of the cardholder, the cardholder is required to collect the tickets for the event. The card used for payment will be required as proof of ID. Please ensure only the cardholder collects the tickets with the card to avoid disappointment.

 

If tickets have not been received and its 7 days before the event…

If you have not received your tickets 7 days before the event please directly contact us on 02070603881 or email help@ticketmad.co.uk and someone from our UK based call center will help locate your tickets.

Please ensure any enquires regarding un-received ticket are submitted at least 48hours before the event.

 

I have been sent the incorrect ticket or the wrong amount

Please contact our customer services department on 02070603881 or email help@ticketmad.co.uk as soon as possible so we can deal with the problem.

 

I have misplaced or defaced my ticket/s?

Once you have received your tickets please keep them in a safe place, exposure to direct sunlight and heat can cause damage to your tickets. In some circumstances we can issues new tickets but this is done on an individual basis and you have to call customer services on 02070603881 or email help@ticketmad.co.uk in advance of the event(s) which the tickets need to be replaced for. Please be aware you may be required to pay for a replacement at the same face value of your previous ticket.

 

The event is sold out will there be any more tickets available?

Some times we do get addition tickets for selected event depending on demand. Checking our events regularly will indicate if we have addition tickets or signing up to our newsletter. You can also find tickets in our lowest unique bid section and get a chance to bid on tickets you missed out on before.

 

How do I subscribe to Ticketmad alerts?

Registering with us or entering your email address on the right hand side of our site in the newsletter section will give you access to all the latest information on Ticketmad and the events we feature. Our newsletter feature up coming events, tour dates and when tickets will be going on sale. Our newsletter also features information on competition and discount code for events, so stay tuned.

 

How can someone be featured on Fresh UK?

Fresh UK is designed to promote and show case great talent, you can vote and share the artists’ pages. The more votes they receive the better chance they will have to be seen on the main stage. If you wish to be featured or recommend someone to be feature please email freshuk@ticketmad.co.uk with a bio and your latest material. Your email will be reviewed by our talent team and could be featured. Good luck!

Tickets purchased from us cannot be refunded or exchanged unless stated in the instances below.

 

If an event is cancelled/rescheduled or we fail to fulfil an order, in this case the full face value of the ticket(s) will be refunded excluding any addition administration and or booking fees.

 

What to do if an event is cancelled or postponed.

In the unforeseen circumstances an event is cancelled we always aim to notify the customer soon after we gather the corrected details from the event organisers. Once the cancelation is confirmed there are a few options we offer: -

 

o   You can hold on to your ticket to be used for the same event at a rescheduled date and/or venue.

 

o   You can exchange it for another event listed with Ticketmad for the same price, if more you will be required to pay the difference

 

o   You can opt to get a refund for the face value of the ticket for the cancelled event less the booking/administration fee. We will require you to send back your ticket(s) via secure post*, once received we will automatically issues a refund via the original method of payment.

 

o   If an event is postponed your ticket is still valid for the new dates even if the location changes unless notified otherwise by us.  If you don’t wish to wait or you cannot attend the new date you can exchange your ticket for another event listed with Ticketmad for the same price if more your will be required to pay the difference. All we ask is you send your old ticket back* a week before the new date of the rescheduled event and two before the date of the old event for a refund. If there is a conflict in the new dates addition arrangements can be made for individual circumstances, please contact our customer service team 02070603881 with your account details/ payment details.

 

*We cannot accept any responsibility for tickets that we do not receive, secure postage is always recommended.
